Welcome to The Island Life Holiday Home. We hope you will experience the true feeling of the good life on our beautiful island, Texel!
At our lovely location, we hope you will leave the hustle and bustle behind and enjoy all the possibilities Texel has to offer.
Because unfortunately things can sometimes get damaged, we ask for a €100.00 security deposit, which must be paid prior to arrival. This will be refunded after check-out. Please send us a payment request after your stay. Following cleaning and inspection, we will return the deposit to you.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we kindly ask you to observe the following House Rules.
- Arrival and Departure
Check-in is possible from [15:00], check-out must be before [10:00].
No exceptions are possible as we work with an automatic code lock system, a tight cleaning schedule, and high occupancy. - Late check out?

House Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our accommodations.

Pets are not allowed in our B&B rooms, but they are welcome in our holiday homes. A maximum of two pets per accommodation is allowed. We charge €10.00 per pet per night. Please do not leave dogs alone in the house or locked in a crate when you are not present.

Do not cause nuisance to other guests or neighbors.

No music or loud noise after 22:00.

Silence and rest at 23:00.

If you have any complaints or remarks, please let us know during your stay, so we can try to resolve them for you.

To ensure the return of your deposit, we kindly ask you to leave the house tidy. Tidy for us means:
- Check-out on time before 10:00
- Cleaned up
- Swept clean
- Fridge and oven clean
- Dishwasher emptied and clean
- No food residues
- Garbage in the bin
- Bedding removed
- Towels collected together
- Dog hair cleaned up
- Any damage reported
